Pedagogic informations

Training objectives
In the end, students must be able to characterize all parameters interfering with distribution and air conditioning in residential and industrial buildings. They must be able to size an air conditioning system.

Learning objectives
- Define thermal and humidity comfort for air conditioning application
- Use a psychometric chart
- know basic process for air conditioning
- Characterize heat sources and sinks and size adapted air conditioning system

Learning context
This course aims at giving applied examples of theoritical courses in fluid mechanics, heat transfer and Machine Energetics. It also aims at giving some technical knowledge of air conditioning systems in buildings.
