The objective of this project is to make sensitive the students in the activities of research.
Subjects are proposed to the students who have a direct link either with the themes of research for the professors of the department, or the axes of perspectives of researches.
Thus the Discovery Project Research aims
- to introduce the pupils to the search,
- to make known about the pupils of the activities of research concerning the themes of their teachings,
- to favor the relations pupils-teachers, and pupils-PhD students.
The students are brought to develop their capacities in the following domains:
Rigor - Critical mind - Creativity - Initiative - Project management - Communication.

The students are brought to realize various activities concerned to the activities of research bibliographical search, participation in the development of algorithms of calculation, study and design of laboratory equipments intended for the research activity, maboratory experiments with analysis and exploitation of results, …
These themes remain in connection with the teachings of the Master: mechanical teaching unit, matérial teaching unit, Conception of products teaching unit.
The students are brought to the end of them works to draft a synthesis document either under in the format)of an envelope Soleau, or in the format of an article intended to be submitted to a scientific journal.
